 Booking & Deposits

• A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if rescheduled with at least 48hours’ notice.

• The remaining balance must be paid after the service.

 


Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations (less than 48hours’ notice) will result in loss of deposit.

• No-shows may be charged 100% of the full service fee and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.

 

Patch Test & Client Responsibility

• A patch test is required at least 48 hours before any colour service.

• Clients must disclose any allergies, scalp conditions, or previous reactions to hair products.

• If a client refuses a patch test, the service cannot proceed.

 

Late Arrivals

• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled or adjusted to fit the remaining time.

• If the appointment is cancelled due to lateness, the deposit will not be refunded.

 Refunds & Complaints

• No refunds are given once the service is complete.

• If a client is unhappy, they must report concerns within 7 days, and a correction may be offered at the discretion of the stylist.

 

Health & Safety

• Clients must not attend if they are feeling unwell or have any contagious conditions.

• If a client arrives unwell, the appointment may be refused, and the deposit will be lost.

 

Photography & Marketing

• Before and after photos may be taken for marketing purposes.

• Clients can opt out by informing the stylist before the service begins.

Pricing & Payment

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payment is accepted via cash or card 

 

Age Restrictions

• Clients must be 15 years or older for colour services.

• A parent/guardian must give consent for clients under 16 for any colour service
